What’s on at All Saints Church in August?

Every Day We are open every day 10am - 4pm* for everyone in our parish to make use of their parish church. So pop in, have a look around, make time to pray, read from the Bible or enjoy a pit stop with your little ones as they play with the toys. We’re open for you.

*Subject to occasional offices (weddings, funerals, baptisms) and special events/circumstances.

Please note that Church is closed to the public on 15th August from 12:30pm. This is due to a private function.

Midweek Worship Every Wednesday - 9:30am Holy Communion.

On the first Wednesday of the month there is a short service of Holy Communion in the Church Hall at 3pm followed by refreshments - everyone is welcome, we often have new people joining us.

Sunday Worship

August 2nd - All Together Intergenerational Service 10am

August 9th - Sunday Service with Holy Communion at 10am

August 16th - Sunday Service with Holy Communion at 10am

August 30th - Church Under the Trees and Service with Holy Communion by Extension outside All Saints Church at 10am

  • ☕ FAIRTRADE CAFÉ & BOOKSALE plus Museum Group Exhibition featuring history of EB Co-op (who also of course sell a huge range of Fairtrade products!), Saturday 8th August 2026, 10am- 1pm:
    As usual our shop will be open for browsing & buying, enjoy chatting, fresh coffee & yummy homemade cakes… Everyone welcome!

    🎟️ Greenbelt Festival 2026, Wednesday 26th- Sunday 30th August 2026:
    Time to start thinking about this lovely festival which is on our doorstep for one last time at Boughton House. (We don't yet know where next year's will be but hope it will be close by!). This inclusive Christian festival of creativity, justice, prayer & fun will be here soon.     🎶 Hymns & Pimms, Sunday 6th September, All Saints Church.
    On Sunday 6th September, our usual Evensong will be replaced by Hymns and Pimms , a special Songs of Praise service requested by several members of our church family. Everyone is warmly invited to choose a favourite hymn and share why it means so much to them. Forms and a submission box are now available at the back of church. You can either fill in a paper form and pop it into the box, or send your request electronically using the attached form to catherinerjohnson@hotmail.com. Please make sure all hymn requests are submitted by 23rd August 2026.

    🕊️ 'Finding God's Peace in a Frantic World' , Mondays 7.30pm - 9pm for 8 weeks from 28th September 2026:
    We will be using prayer, scripture & mindfulness skills to improve our physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing.
